w Solicit the help of more volunteers to assist the children, young adults, and veterans with their therapy sessions, ranch duties, and maintenance. The more volunteers committed to the programs allows Majestic Hills to continuously increase the number of hours of service that we provide. Our goal is to provide service to 100 children and young adults and 40-50 veterans per season. In order to accomplish this goal, 200+ volunteers are needed on a weekly basis.

enhancement of program timeslots, training of volunteers, and evaluation
of the participants allowing MHR to serve more individuals each year and
attract the necessary volunteers to work with the increased number of
riders.

Development of the children's program so that they are grouped basis on
skill levels which will allow the instructors do develop programming
that is more consistent with the group of participants that they are
working with.

Continue to build and develop of the
"Heroes on Horseback" program to work with not only
in-patients, but out-patients, including veterans who suffer from PTSD
and are chemically dependent due to the trauma's they have endured.
* Continue to increase Board
membership and their in-depth involvement in the ranch. To
acclimate and educated new Board members
increasing their involvement with ranch and the program's that it offers.
* Continue to
build collaborations with other like entities for education, therapy,
and development of children, young adults, and veterans. MHR
currently collaborates with Courage Center, Eagan School for Autism, ARC
greater Twin Cities and Dakota County, Minnesota State Academy for the
Deaf, Tubman Family Alliance, Cornerstone, MN School for the Blind,
Fairview University Hospital, Twin Cities Shriners Hospital, Autism Society of Minnesota, Dakota and
Scott County Departments of Corrections, Dakota Communities, HopeKids, MN
Organization on Fetal
Alcohol Syndrome, Therapy for Me, NW Youth and Family Services, the
Lakeville Women of Today, the Gillette Children’s Hospital, VA
Medical Center, VFWs and American Legions, Disabled American
Veterans, and the Military Order of the Purple Heart. MHR is a
member of The MN Council of Non-Profits, DVDC, and Hands On Twin Cities.
